My brother Tom Bowden loved his wife, Deborah and his
daughters, Sara (2) and Alyson (born 11 days before
his death) with a passion and tenderness that was breathtaking.
He was already planning a baby number 3! Tom loved the
Boston Red Sox, Miami Dolphins and Bruce Springsteen.
Tom had more love in him than anyone I have ever known
- more that 300 people had to be invited to his wedding
because he just could not eliminate anyone from the
list! Tom, I will make sure that Sara and Alyson will
know what a wonderful Daddy they had - and we will all
be there to tell them your stories and make sure they
are always OK.
